Intel comes with new innovative portable PC concept with gender view in mind. The new concept namely Metro Notebook which believed as a new style of modern laptop. The laptop is just 0.7-inch thick and powered by Core 2 Duo processor. pcretailmag described that the laptop could easily carried over shoulder and have secondary display for quick info fetching, such as email, calendar, or power lost. The new laptop concept utilizes most of wireless network include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and WiMAX. It also bring another innovative feature namely inductive connection charging pad which provide embedded battery charger for other gadget such as phone or PDA.

It is not clear why chipset manufacturer start thinking about style, perhaps this is what what they mean ‘leap ahead’ in their new motto.
