MacBook Mini, the next MacBook which adopting onboard NAND flash memory was scheduled to be released around mid-year, but according to some sources that the planning is invalid anymore. It’s not clear why Apple delay the most waiting MacBook, but the main reasons is predicted the effect of Leopard OS’s delay (which is not ready to be released). We know Leopard is the next-gen version of Mac OS X.

The adoption of the solid state memory to the MacBook Mini’s mainborad is beleived to enhance the power efficiency, and as a result will improve the battery life. And some sources alos mention that the next MacBok Mini will not utilize optical drive, just wait for sure!
