What does it mean? yes you are right, the new Evesham Zieo NX600-HD is a High-Def ready laptop but without HD-DVD or Blu-Ray optical drive, it is only equipped with dual-layer DVD R/W optical drive. But the new Zieo does have 17-inch WUXGA HD screen which is driven by NVIDIA GeForce 8700M GT graphic and supported by PureVideo HD Technology as well as Intel High Definition Audio.
As a HD laptop, the new Zieo configured with Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 processor, 2GB of memory, 120GB of Hard Drive, 54Mbps of Wireless Mini PCIe 802.11 a/g/n, integrated camera (1.3MP), and Media Card reader. This Vista laptop coming with £1,399 price tag, but if you prefer to configure the laptop with Intel Core 2 Duo T7700 and at the same time want to upgrade the HDD to 160GB, the price become £1,599.
