All models configured with 14.1 widescreen monitor at 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, integrated camera, and 5-in-1 media card reader. Other common feature such as stereo speaker, standard modem, PCMCIA card slot, USB, FireWire, and WiFi also included.

The first model, M205-S327, configured with 1.73 GHz Intel Pentium T2080 dual-core processor, Intel GMA 950, 1 GB of memory, 160 GB storage, and DVD RW drive. The second model, M200-ST2001, coming with better configuration including 1.73 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T5300 processor, Intel GMA 950, 2 GB of memory, 160 GB of storage, and DVD burner with Labelflash Tecnology. And the last model, M200-ST2002, powered by 1.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, Intel GMA 965 chipset plus integrated GMA X3100, 2 GB memory, 200 GB storage, and DVD RW with labelflash technology.
