New rugged laptop has been launched by Getac with codename B300. The B300 powered by 1.6GHz Intel Core 2 Duo L7500 and configured with 13.3-inch TFT XGA display, 4GB DDRII SDRAM, and Super-Multi DVD ROM. Regarding connectivities, this laptop support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but if you want Getac offers an optional 3G and GPS.

As a rugged laptop, the Getac B300 comes with Sunlight Readable Technology for outdoor use and a Night Vision mode use through night vision goggles. Other features include fingerprint reader, 12 hours battery life, and more.

The expected price will be around $2000 depending on the configuration including the screen size. Did i mentioned HD-DVD laptop? oh forget it, let it die smoothly.

NEC adds interesting features to its upcoming laptop that allows users to plug their USB gadgets more flexible. The new laptop (LJ700/LH) powered by 1.2GHz Core 2 Duo U6700 processor, 2GB memory, and 160GB HDD. So what is the mentioned feature? The ‘Wireless USB’ as you can see in the picture.
