New rugged laptop has been launched by Getac with codename B300. The B300 powered by 1.6GHz Intel Core 2 Duo L7500 and configured with 13.3-inch TFT XGA display, 4GB DDRII SDRAM, and Super-Multi DVD ROM. Regarding connectivities, this laptop support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but if you want Getac offers an optional 3G and GPS.

As a rugged laptop, the Getac B300 comes with Sunlight Readable Technology for outdoor use and a Night Vision mode use through night vision goggles. Other features include fingerprint reader, 12 hours battery life, and more.

You don’t need to wait until next year to enjoy HD content on the go, thank to Acer which planed to release Blu-ray capable laptops this Spring. The laptops will be available in two screen size, 16.4 and 18-inch that boasts 1920×1080 aspect ratio.

NEC adds interesting features to its upcoming laptop that allows users to plug their USB gadgets more flexible. The new laptop (LJ700/LH) powered by 1.2GHz Core 2 Duo U6700 processor, 2GB memory, and 160GB HDD. So what is the mentioned feature? The ‘Wireless USB’ as you can see in the picture.

The LJ700/LH laptop also comes with other come features such as 12.1-inch display with 1,280 x 800 resolution, and 6.5 hours of battery life. Thats all for now.

The Satellite A300 and P300 actually have not been announced by Toshiba, but those laptop is already spotted on the net. Some of the known features include 2GB of memory, a 1.3MP built-in camera, and 160GB of HDD storage.

The suggested price of the laptops will set around 1000€. The A300 that configured with 15-inch display screen powered by Intel Core 2 Duo T5500 and the P300 that comes with 17-inch screen equipped with Intel Core 2 Duo T8100.

New UMPC that runs on Ubuntu Linux will hit Korean market. The price of UMPC range between $421 and $521 depends on the configuration. And as mentioned on the title, this UMPC is WIBRAIN ‘B1L’ that powered by 1GHz processor and equipped with 4.8-inch display screen at 1024 x 600 pixel resolution.

It will come with four different models depending on the type of HDD, memory and CPU. Windows XP software is provided optionally for users’ convenience.

New high-end laptop designed for gamers has been launched by Pixel Lab Korea with code name Ripple Note PLK570-212. The laptop configured with 17-inch screen and NVIDIA Geforce 8700M GT graphic chipset.

Coming with $2200 price tags, the new PLK570-212 Santa Rosa laptop, powered by 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T7700, 2GB DDR 2 SDRAM, and SRS WOW HD sound driver. Regarding connectivities, this laptop supports Intel Wireless 3945ABG network and Blutooth.

Zyrex ANOA laptop just launched in Jakarta Today. With pricing set at around $325, Zyrex aims to broaden its program ‘one family one computer’ in Indonesia. The ANOA powered by 900MHz Intel Mobile Processor ULV, 512MB memory, Intel 915GM Express Chipset , and 2GB NAND Flash.

Regarding connectivities, the 7″ Zyrex ANOA supports 10/100 MBps LAN and Wi-Fi 802.1 b/g. I/O ports: 2x USB 2.0 ports, 1 x headphone jack / 1 x microphone, 1 x RJ45 for 10/100 Fast Ethernet, 1x Card Reader, and 1 xDC-in jack.
