Packard Bell’s Dot S and Dot M Netbooks

The flexibility, versatility and convenience of the laptop have made it as ubiquitous device in terms of who owns one, whether it is taken on trips and where subsequently used. Packard Bell recently launched two Netbooks namely Packard Bell dot s Netbook and Packard Bell dot m Netbook which is actually repackaged and re-branded Acer Aspire One netbooks.


Packard Bell portable Laptop has the regular netbook features and has the outstanding look and feel, which is available in attractive black-red colour combination. Packard Bell Dot S has a 10.1 inch screen and an astounding 1024 x 600 pixels resolution screen netbook. The Packard Bell Laptop is housed with a high clock speed 1.33 GHZ Intel Atom N280 processor. The vast storage space of 160 GB Hard drive and 1GB RAM improves system performance. It has a built-in VGA webcam as well. When compared to Packard Bell Dot S, Packard Dot M is a 11.6 inch netbook and includes 2GB RAM, 320 GB HDD. The Key features are its concave structure and high response time. The touch-pad offers multi-touch capabilities and is highly responsive as it can interpret simple touch gestures for zooming in or zooming out, scrolling and more. The multi sensor panel ensures a simple and intuitive access to number of applications. The Laptop is compatible with Windows XP Operating system.

Other features of these laptops are Bluetooth, Wired Ethernet, and Wi-Fi connectivity and integrated 3G capability through which you can use it to connect to a wide range of wireless data points. To support high definition graphic games these laptops have built-in Graphical Chipset Intel945 GSE. There are two stereo speakers and this small workstation supports a Dolby headphone too which gives feel like a Home Theater. Packard has a strict validating process by which all batteries are tested to ensure safety and performance. Last but not least, these netbooks have 3 USB 2.0 ports, a 5 in one card reader and a VGA output. With the unique design, convenient layout and super light weight 1.25 kg netbooks are available with one year standard warranty.
