Compare to its predecessor, dv2000, the new HP dv3000 is slightly smaller and lighter but with better configuration of course. Based on Penryn platform, its basic specifications include 2.5GHz Intel Core Duo T9300 processor, 13.3-inch display (driven by dedicated GeForce Go 8400M graphic card), 2GB of memory, and 160GB of HDD.
The expected price set at $1400, and you save to expect HDMI out, VGA webcam, a dual-layer burner, and a combo USB / eSATA port. If you live in Asia, you can see it at the store around May.

HP Pavilion dv2800t now has new soul coming from young generation. The soul bring new artist edition for the laptops, thank to the Global Design Competition held by HP and MTV that chosen that cool arts as the winner.
The HP Pavilion dv2800t features a 14.1″ widescreen display, the latest Intel Core 2 Duo “Penryn” 45nm processor options, the NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS 128MB discrete video card, up to 4GB of system memory and up to 250GB hard drive, a DVD burner or HD-DVD ROM, the Intel PRO/Wireless 4965AGN Connection with Bluetooth, and a built-in web camera.

As mentioned on the code number, the HDX909EA features HD DVD drive. HP build this laptop as a super desktop replacement. Just to remind you, HP has showed off this HDX laptop back in May and now you can read the review by Trusted Reviews before you decide to have it.
As an entertainment laptop, the HP Pavilion HDX9095EA configured with 20-inch display screen (this is the biggest HP’s notebook), but the screen is not 1080p capable. The main configuration include Intel Core 2 Duo Extreme processor, 4GB of RAM, up to 400GB HDD, and ATI Mobility Radeon X2600 XT graphic card (512MB). It costs £1,599 or $3,263 so it could be not for most of users.

HP has two new laptop from its Pavilion series: dv6500z and dv9500z. Both laptops designed for multimedia users and configured with Dual Core AMD processor with optional Turion 64 X2 58/60/62/64 chip, 4GB of random access memory (ram), 500GB of hdd, and 383MB NVIDIA GeForce Go 8400M GS or 7150M to power its 17-inch screen (dv9500z) or 15.4-inch screen (dv6500z).
The new HP Pavilion dv6500z and dv9500z’s prices set at $750 and $1000 respectively and both running Windows Vista (available at www.shopping.hp.com). As a multimedia laptop, both equipped with HD DVD drive, fingerprint sensor, web camera, microphone, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth, Verizon Wireless V740 ExpressCard, and Digital TV Tuner.

HP released 3 new laptops in the Pavilion range: dv2000, dv6000, and dv9000. The dv2000 is designed for students and families use. It comes with 14-inch screen and built-in camera. The dv6000 is designed as desktop replacement so it comes with wider screen (15.4-inch), HD DVD R/W, and Intel Core 2 Duo processor, as well as Wi-Fi 802.11 1/b/g/n (optional).
